Welcome to Laura’s Gourmet Apples. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Information
Our caramel apples are handcrafted using premium ingredients, including fresh apples, gourmet caramel, and high-quality chocolate toppings. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance and size may occur.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery within the St. George area under the following terms:

A flat delivery fee of $15 applies to all orders under $99

Free delivery is provided on orders of $99 or more

Delivery is only available on specific days shown at checkout and determined by the business owner

Available delivery dates are clearly displayed at checkout, and customers must select from those options
By placing an order, you agree to the selected delivery date and understand that delivery is not available outside of those designated days.
We ensure all deliveries will be made during business hours of 9am-5pm. We do not deliver at specific times unless previously discussed and approved.
All deliveries are located in St George unless prior approval was given.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for product damage due to exposure to heat or outdoor conditions after delivery has been completed.
4. Pickup Policy
For pickup orders, customers must arrive within their selected pickup window. Pickup details, including location and times, will be provided at checkout.
5. No Shipping Policy (if applicable)
At this time, we may not offer shipping outside of our local delivery and pickup areas. Please refer to our website for the most current service options.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will do our best to make it right.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may not be modified or canceled once they have been placed, as preparation begins shortly after purchase.
8. Product Care
Our caramel apples are best enjoyed fresh. Please store them in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to heat, as this may affect quality and appearance.
9. Liability
Laura’s Gourmet Apples is not responsible for:

Allergic reactions (customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients)

Damage resulting from improper storage

Missed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer
